Description:
Small cutlets made of pork, lard and spices, weighing 27 g and 40 mm in diameter each.
Ingredients:
lean deveined pork 56.6%, lard 10.6%, drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, pressed baker's yeast, refined deodorized sunflower oil, white sugar, drinking water), salt, ground black pepper, dry garlic, ground paprika, ground coriander, dry ground thyme.
Energy value (calorie content) per 100 g (g) of product: 1382.09 kJ/kJ (330.3 kcal/kcal).
Nutritional value per 100 g of product:
fats – 30.32 g(g) including saturated – 0.82 g(g), carbohydrates – 4.37 g(g), proteins – 10.0 g(g), salt – 0.02 g(g).

Cooking method №1
Without pre-defrosting (thawing):
1. Tear off the protective film.
2. Heat the dish directly in the container in the microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 2 minutes.*
3. Remove the protective film completely.
4. If necessary, heat the 4 cutlets on a plate, in the microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 1 minute 20 seconds.*
Cooking method №2
With pre-defrosting (thawing):
1. Defrost the dish at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 hours.
2. Tear off the protective film.
3. Reheat the dish directly in the container in the microwave at 800 W for at least 1 minute.*
4. Remove the protective film completely.
5. If necessary, reheat the 4 patties on a plate in the microwave at 800 W for at least 50 seconds.*
*Reheating time may vary depending on the number of patties and type of appliance.
Shelf life and storage conditions from the date of manufacture: at a relative humidity of no more than 75% and at the following temperature conditions:
- Shelf life at a temperature not higher than -18 °C – not more than 12 months.
- Shelf life, in a protective environment, at a temperature of +2...+6°C – no more than 10 days, within the general shelf life
- Shelf life, with an open package, at a temperature of +2...+6°C – no more than 3 days, within the general shelf life
