With forward defrostation (defrosting):
1. Defrost the grass at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 years.
2. Transfer the required amount of buckwheat onto a plate and heat it in a microwheat oven, setting the heat to 800 W. The estimated time for heating 4 Greeks is no less than 2 minutes.*
