Small frozen cutlets from a mix of salmon and tilapia, with spices, weighing 27g and a diameter of 40mm each.
Ingredients:
tilapia fillet s/m 45.3%, salmon fillet s/m 28.9%, onion, carrot, refined deodorized sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, table salt, pressed baker's yeast, refined deodorized sunflower oil, white sugar, drinking water), cream 33% fat (cream from cow's milk), potato starch, table salt, garlic, ground coriander, ground black pepper.

With preliminary defrosting (defrosting):
1. Defrost the dish at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 hours.
2. Transfer the required number of cutlets to a plate and heat in a microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W. Approximate heating time for 4 cutlets — at least 2 minutes.*
*The heating time may vary, depending on the number of patties and the type of equipment.
