Cooking method №2
With preliminary defrosting (defrosting):
1. Defrost the required amount of cheesecakes at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 hours.
2. Heat in a microwave oven at 800 watts. Approximate heating time for 5 cheesecakes is at least 1 minute.
*The heating time may vary, depending on the number of patties and the type of equipment.
