Description:
Puffed cabbage, pork and rice stewed in tomato sauce, with fried onions and carrots. The dish is complete with a napkin and a disposable fork.
Ingredients:
white cabbage, drinking water, pork (back part) 27%, onion, carrot, tomato paste 3% (with a mass fraction of dry matter 25% (tomato paste, water)), sour cream 20% fat (normalized cow's milk cream, starter culture of pure cultures of lactic acid microorganisms), unsteamed long-grain rice groats, beef fat, high-grade wheat flour, refined deodorized sunflower oil, salt, white crystalline sugar, garlic, coriander, dry garlic, ground paprika, bay leaf.

Cooking method №1
Without pre-defrosting (thawing):
1. Tear off the protective film.
2. Heat the dish directly in the container, in the microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 6 minutes.*
3. Completely remove the protective film.
Cooking method №2
With pre-defrosting (thawing):
1. Defrost the dish at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 9 hours.
2. Tear off the protective film.
3. Heat the dish directly in the container, in the microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 3 minutes.*
4. Completely remove the protective film.
*Heating time may vary depending on the type of equipment.
Shelf life and storage conditions from the date of manufacture: at a relative humidity of not more than 75% and the following temperatures:
- Shelf life at t not higher than -18 + 3 ºC - not more than 12 months.
- Shelf life at t 2 ºC… + 6 ºC - no more than 10 days
