Cooking method №1
Without defrosting:
1. Tear off the protective film.
2. Heat the food directly in the container in the microwave at 800 W for at least 6 minutes.*
3. Heat the food for 3 minutes, then remove from the microwave, stir carefully and heat for another 3 minutes.
4. Remove the protective film completely.
Cooking method №2
With defrosting:
1. Defrost the food at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 hours.
2. Tear off the protective film.
3. Heat the food directly in the container in the microwave at 800 W for at least 3 minutes.*
4. Remove the protective film completely.
*Warm-up time may vary depending on the type of equipment
