Cheesecakes based on sour milk cheese with the addition of almond flour, with strawberry jam, fried. The dish is complete with a napkin and a disposable fork.

cottage cheese 76.1% (sour milk cheese 9% (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk, dry bacterial cultures of direct application), white crystalline sugar, blanched almond flour (100% almond kernel), refined deodorized sunflower oil, rice flour, pasteurized liquid egg melange (food grade chicken eggs), table salt), strawberry jam 23.8% (freshly frozen strawberries 53.5%, white crystalline sugar, lemons, pectin).

Cooking method №1
Without preliminary defrosting (defrosting):
1. Tear off the protective film.
2. Take out a glass with jam.
3. Heat the dish directly in the container, in a microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 1 minute 30 seconds.*
4. Remove the protective film completely.
5. Remove the foil completely from the strawberry jam and heat it in the microwave at 800 W for 20 seconds.*
Cooking method №2
With preliminary defrosting (defrosting):
1. Defrost the dish at a temperature of 2 °C to 6 °C for at least 8 hours.
2. Tear off the protective film.
3. Take out a glass with jam.
4. Heat the dish directly in the container, in a microwave oven, setting the power to 800 W, for at least 1 minute*.
5. Remove the protective film completely.
*Warm-up time may vary depending on the type of equipment.
Storage life and storage conditions from the date of manufacture: at a relative humidity of 75% or less and at these temperatures:
- Storage life at a temperature not exceeding -18 (±3)°C is maximum 12 months.
- Storage life at a temperature of +2...+ 6°C is maximum 10 days, within the total storage life
